Stanley Pace sues for affirmed Reverse Domain Name Hijacking

Stanley Pace, a Texas inhabitant who has confronted what's coming to him of UDRP protestations, lost another a month ago. A three part UDRP board requested the area name Yumiko.com exchanged to dancewear organization Yumiko, LLC.

He's battling back to stop the exchange and is requesting harms under the Anti-cybersquatting Consumer Protection Act for opposite area name capturing.

Pace documented a claim in U.S. Locale Court, Eastern District of Texas on December 30. This will end the exchange of the area name, and now Yumiko will wind up on edge.
