A man has been arrested for appearing to have sex with a van before passing
out in a nearby yard,
Mirror reports. Witnesses called police when they saw a man pull down his trousers and swing
on a stop sign. According to a
police report , officers arrived at the 700
block of St. Nicholas Street around 8pm Tuesday.
The incident, on Deadwood Street in Dayton, Ohio, was reported by local
television station WDTN. The station said officers arrived in the area to find
a man walking in the Deadwood Street only wearing black gym shorts and shoes.
The report says the man, later identified as Henson, appeared to be
intoxicated. Officers put him in the back of a police car and checked some details. A local woman claimed to have seen him
standing near a parked van and explained that
she had seen him pull his shorts down and place his genitals in the front grill
of the van that was parked on the street. The woman said he did this for a while then appeared to pass out in a nearby
yard. That’s when she called police. Henson was arrested for public indecency and is now in the Montgomery County
jail.
